It delivers not only a completely customized strength & conditioning program designed for your specific Journey, but also includes customized nutrition planning plus customized bonus workouts. And Hero Coaching is our only OCR program that offers one-on-one coaching calls each week to review your progress and directly discuss any questions or concerns that come up during your Journey. The strength and conditioning workouts for Hero Couching require moderate to advanced levels of existing muscular conditioning as well as access to a variety of free weights. The run workout for Hero Training require moderate to advanced levels of cardio conditioning with the ability to cover at least 10k on a regular basis.
